Fatness is in the eye of the beholder.  You may feel that you are fat, or thin.  However, without a chart to guide you, it is only an opinion.  Below is a chart which you may want to use to determine if you actually are above what is considered normal weight for height.  If by the chart you note that you are actually above the normal, then it is time to consider ways to lose weight, to burn fat off your body.
